Our job is to search for the best client to live in and take care of your property How do we do it? a) We get the necesary references. b) We ask for proof of employment, incluiding montly salary deductions. c) We ask for bank and major store credit references. d) We ask for twelve signed promises of payment   with the montly rent payment. e) We ask the client to sign a rent contract before a lawyer (this service is paid by the client). We follow the same process for the co-signer. Our comission equals the first month of rent.            RENT FOR YOU. Does you want us to look for a good property in rent for you and your appreciable family?. We offer all the attention that you deserve. To look for we only need you indicate us: a) The location of the area where you want to live. b) The wanted spaces, such as: How many bedrooms, bathrooms, rooms, terraces, garage for how many cars, external garden or interior. You won't pay us anything for this service. The owner will pay the services.
